1. Get Nalo app

Nalo app is available for Android and iPhone and tablets.

How do I get the Nalo app?

If you have an iPhone, get it from the App Store.
If you have an Android, get it from Google Play.

How do I install Nalo app on my iPhone?

  • Connect your iPhone to the internet using Wi-Fi or 3G/4G mobile internet connection.
  • On your iPhone open the App Store.
  • To use App Store you need an account. If you don't have one please do so.
  • Once the App Store is configured and ready to use, please open it.
  • Search for Nalo, select the app and click install.
  • After the App is finished installing, open it then follow the wizard to configure your Nalo app.
  • Sign in with your Username and the Password provided by us via email or if you don’t have a Nalotel account, create one from the app.
  • After the configuration is complete, the Nalo app will show as registered.
  • Now you can start calling directly from your phone at low-cost rates.

  • Click Join link on the top menu.
  • You will be prompted to fill out the sign up form.
  • Check your email and confirm the registration by clicking on a link in an email.
  • After confirming the system will email you account information and calling instruction.

  • Install Nalo app on your mobile device.
  • From the Settings menu click Account setup assistant.
  • Check your email and confirm the registration by clicking on a link in an email.
  • Choose Create an account option and follow step-by-step instruction.

3. Start calling

How do I make a call using the Nalo app?

Dial the destination phone number (country cod + city cod + destination number) or use the phone number saved in your contact list. The contact number must be saved without (00) sign or (+) sign at the beginning of the phone number.

How can I make a call to another Nalo app user?

Each Nalo user has they own Nalo phone number to make a call to another Nalo app user you have to dial that number.

How can I make a call to USA and Canada?

You can make a call to USA or Canada by dialing the number starting with 1 + phone number.

Can I open the chat, send a messages using Nalo app?

To use Nalo app chat you have to add your Nalo app user to the app contact list before you can start chatting.

Can I make a video call using Nalo app?

Yes, you can make a video call between Nalo app users.

What is the customer service number for using the Nalo app?

Customer service phone number is 611.

I have installed Nalo app and receive a message “register failed”. What should I do?

Please check the following:

  • Check your credential (your user ID and Password). If the issue is still persist please contact customer service on 1.888.349.7986.
  • Check Internet connection. Some of the mobile providers do not allow you to use Internet for VoIP app.

How to view the rates?

Click on the Rates link at the top menu nalotel.com. In search area select which country you are making a call. Next, compare details and prices, then choose the best calling option that suits your preferences and click Buy Voice Credit button.

Nalo desktop softphone is available for Windows, Mac and Linux.

How do I download desktop softphone?

Click the download link according to your operating system.

Install desktop Softphone on your computer then follow the wizard to install the software.

Calling card instruction

1. Dial an acces number

If you are calling from a cell phone, dial a local access number by using your calling plan. This way, you will be placing a local call instead of an international call and your provider will charge you as such. The international part of your call will be charged at Nalotel’s lower rates. If you are calling from landline we recommend you to use the 800 - XXX – XXXX Toll Free access number.

2. Enter your PIN

When prompted enter the PIN that you received with your phone card.

3. Dial destination phone number

Dial your destination phone number in international format.
011 + country of origin exit code + destination country code + area/city code + phone number.
This will connect you to the person you’re calling.
