It is important to Nalotel that all eligible Nalotel customers are able to access our Service. Accordingly, We have devised a Fair Use Policy which applies to:

Usage of the Service; any Nalotel promotions.

There are various limitations that apply to phone numbers. Some are general, others are country specific.

• Max 1 simultaneous calls per number. Each phone number can handle just one simultaneous incoming calls. For security reasons there is however a limitation in new accounts of max 1 simultaneous outbound calls to regular phone numbers. This limitation includes both calls that are forwarded and calls you make.
• The limit of calls per day is 50 .
• Nalotel's residential unlimited calling plan customers use less than 3000 minutes per month and do not have any unusual usage patterns in terms of unique numbers called. A customer's aggregate usage may be considered outside of normal use if it exceeds 3000 minutes per month IN COMBINATION with one or more of the following, including, but not limited to, excessive:
  
  • unique numbers called;
  • call lengths;
  • call forwarding/transferring;
  • conference calling;
  • short duration calls;
  • number of calls made during a month,
  • number of calls made to a conference calling service during a month;
  • number of calls made during business hours;
  • number of calls terminated and re-initiated consecutively, which, in the aggregate, result in excessive call lengths during a specific time frame; or other abnormal calling patterns indicative of an attempt to evade enforcement of this Fair Use Policy
• Daily spending limit on calls. There is a spending limit in new accounts of $25 per day for calls per account. This can also be increased if so required by contacting support.
• Address requirements. Some phone numbers in some countries (see below) are only available to people that live or work in that country. In some cases you only need to provide an address. In other cases you also need to provide proof of address (copy of utility bill or similar). In some cases you need to provide an address - but it can be anywhere in the world. There is almost always some number type in every country that anyone can buy. In the ordering process you can find information about this.
• Inbound calls answered by Voice apps or VoIP devices. Phone numbers that do not have a per-minute-fee for incoming calls and that end up in a Voice app or are answered with some VoIP device are subject to a fair usage restriction. An account has 1,500 free minutes per month.Over usage is charged with our regular low rates per minute.
• Voice mail. Regular accounts can have 1,000 free usages of Voice mails per month. Over usage is charged with 0,015 ¢ per usage
• Inbound fax. Regular accounts can receive 50 free Fax-to-email-messages per phone number and month. Over usage is charged with $0.015 per fax.
• Number portability. In some countries it is possible to "port numbers" between phone companies. In countries where number portability is supported we will always allow you to bring your number with you to another phone company - as long as you do not have any outstanding debt.
• No emergency service. Nalotel does not provide access to emergency (E911) services. The customer is required to inform the end users of such restriction.
• As a general rule, the Nalotel service and numbers cannot be used to trigger callback services and collect calls.
• There are also some country specific limitations that can be found below.

Countries with address requirements:

An address is required at the time of order when purchasing phone numbers from Nalotel in these countries.

In case proof of address is required. follow these steps:

1. Enter the address when ordering the phone number (there is a form to be filled in).

2. Send either of the following scanned documents to support@nalotel.com. The document should be dated, show your address and should not be older than 6 months.

2. Credit card bill

3. Bank statement

3. Once we receive the documents we will send them onwards for approval. As soon as the approval is given, your phone number will be activated.

4. Please note that post box addresses are not accepted. You must provide a street address.

Calling landlines and mobiles using Nalotel Credit:

All calls will be disconnected and require a re-dial after a 90 minute duration and no additional connection fee will be charged on re-dial.

This page only applies when purchasing phone numbers from Nalotel.

The Nalotel service and numbers cannot be used to trigger callback services and collect calls.

The Nalotel service and numbers do not provide access to emergency (E911) services. The customer is required to inform the end users of such restriction.

Unreasonable use:

1 year agreement plans* At the end of the complimentary trial , the customer can continue on with the 1 year agreement + any Calling Plan and FREE Voip Phone ,or otherwise return the Voip Phone to Nalotel.

During the 30 day trial you agree to keep the VoIP Phone undamaged, otherwise you will pay $50 for the VoIP Phone

1. It is unreasonable use of the Service/Promotion where Your use of the Service/Promotion is reasonably considered by Nalotel to be fraudulent use, to be contrary to the way the Service/Promotion is intended to be used ("Intended Use"), or to adversely affect the Nalotel Network or other Nalotel customers' use of or access to the Service/Promotion or the Nalotel Network.

2. Among other things, "fraudulent use" includes resupplying the Service without Nalotel's consent so that someone else may access or use the Service or to take advantage of a Fair Use Promotion.

3. Among other things, use which is contrary to the Intended Use includes:

• using the Service/Promotion in a way that an ordinary person could reasonably regard as commercial use, unless you are on a business plan;
• using the Service/Promotion in a way that an ordinary person would not regard as being used for ordinary business use, when you are a business customer;
• using the Service/Promotion with a device that re-routes or switches calls to or from the Nalotel Network to another carrier's network, or SIM boxing;
• using the Service/Promotion in connection with any device that switches or reroutes calls which could keep a line open for hours, or wholesaling the Service;
• using the Service/Promotion to receive or make calls on the Nalotel Network for the purposes of resale, resupply or commercial exploitation; unless you are on a business plan
• using the Service/Promotion for multiple simultaneous calling;unless you are on a business plan
• using the Service/Promotion for call centre usage; unless you are on a business plan
• using the Service/Promotion for telemarketing; unless you are on a business plan
• using the Service/Promotion for application-to-person communication;
• use of calls which aren't standard person-to person communications.

Nalotel reserves the right to change this Policy at any time. Changes shall become effective when a revised Policy is posted to Nalotel's websites.

1. Where You are in breach of this Fair Use Policy, Nalotel may contact You to discuss changing Your usage so that it conforms to this Fair Use Policy.

2. If, after Nalotel has contacted you, Your unreasonable use continues, Nalotel may, without further notice to you:

a) suspend or limit the Service (or any feature of it) for any period We think is reasonably necessary; and/or

b) terminate Your agreement in accordance with the relevant Terms & Conditions of the Standard Form of Agreement.
