3. Dial 011 + 256 + phone number, press pound ( # ).

Create an account, add any ammount from $10 up to your balance, and you can start calling following the steps below:
1. Dial the access number you received when created the account, wait for the prompt.
2. Dial your PIN number, wait for the prompt.(Skip if you registered your phone no.)
3. Dial 011 + 256 + phone number, press pound ( # ).

Call Uganda using the internet
Download our Nalo app for Android or iOS, make sure you have an internet connection, and follow the steps below:
1. Open the Nalo app and Log In ( You can find User & Password in the email received when you opened your Nalotel Account ).
2. Dial 256 + phone number.
3. Press Call Button.
